I ordered a custom-made roughing end mill (HSS, D16×100×160×D16) with a special total length of 160 mm.
Although I haven’t tested it in actual machining yet, all the dimensions and specifications appear to be perfectly correct.
The tool is precisely manufactured, with excellent finish quality and accurate geometry matching the drawing.
This kind of long, custom-sized roughing end mill is not easy to produce, but the result looks outstanding.
The communication and lead time were excellent, and the price was very fair.
I’m very satisfied with the quality and service, and I will definitely consider reordering.
